Stewardship
Christian stewardship refers to the responsibility that Christians have in maintaining and wisely using the gifts that God has bestowed. God wishes us to use the time and talents He has given to us to help others. Paul wrote in Romans 12:4-8,
For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. “

Worship
Do you have a talent for singing or playing an instrument? The Liberty Church praise team is always looking for individuals who love Jesus and desire to worship Him through music. If you are interested in becoming a part of our worship team, please contact Pastor Jarred at 248-736-4691 to start the interview and audition process. Note: Worship team members must be a member of Liberty General Baptist Church.
Nursery
Liberty Church is in need of volunteers to help run our nursery during services. Volunteers work on a rotational basis. If you would like to participate, please call Miss Judy at 248-431-3496. Note: Volunteer workers must be a member of Liberty General Baptist Church.
Children’s Ministry
Do you love working with kids? Liberty Church is always in need of volunteers to help in Children’s Church or assist our Sunday School teachers. Whether your gift is in teaching, arts and crafts, maintaining order in a classroom, or just plain loving kids, we would love your support. Youth Ministry
If you have a passion for Jesus, young people, and a little bit of crazy, then you may want to get involved in the youth ministry at Liberty Church. Some ways we could use you involve event planning, coordinating small groups, ministering through music, praying for our young people and substitute teaching. Technology & Sound
Do you have a deep understanding of sound equipment, as it relates to a worship setting? Do you enjoy working with technology and operating computer software programs to achieve a desired result? Liberty Church is in need of an individual to operate our sound equipment and help design worship media for use during our worship services. Cleaning & Maintenance
Do you find enjoyment out of vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms or making surfaces sparkle? We are always in need of extra volunteers to help keep our building beautiful.
